LATA Street Culture Festival

Wednesday, June 29, 2016 - 19:00 to Saturday, July 2, 2016 - 19:00

A festival celebrating Brazilian street culture with street arts, urban music and film

LATA Street Culture Festival is back on its second edition at the Red Gallery in Shoreditch, bringing five top Brazilian street artists to interact with the streets and the urban people of London. Brazilian street culture is embedded in the country’s social lifestyle and LATA is getting those colours, that vibe and the amazing art around Old Street.

We are really proud to present the work of Binho Ribeiro, Tinho, Ananda Nahu, Milo Tchais & SHN. All of them have been around the world spreading their art. They will paint the walls around the Red Gallery and run workshops for people for all ages to learn some techniques in partnership with Alternative London. There will be an exhibition, a film screening and urban music by partners of B-Mundo label on a pretty special evening.

LATA Street Culture Festival is supported using public funding by the National Lottery through Arts Council England and in major partnership with Red Gallery. The festival is produced by Braziliarty and counts with partners Pigment, Alternative London and B•Mundo Label.
